GreenStream Network Plc is the parent company of the GreenStream Group. The group has a wholly owned subsidiary in Germany, GreenStream Network GmbH. The Group’s other offices in Europe are in Russia and Ukraine. In addition, GreenStream has one joint venture company in China, GreenStream China Holdings Limited.

Further, GreenStream’s investment vehicles have their own legal structure typically each with an investment company and a management company.

GreenStream is an investment services company licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. GreenStream has notified its license in most EU Member States.
